The Crossover slipper design is our most popular knitted kit. These knitted slippers are an ideal beginner project, simple enough to knit while watching television or chatting your way through knitting group. This version is in our pure wool rainbow yarn. You can see the other colours .  It's also available as a kit with "everything but the yarn".

The crossover knitted slipper is worked in plain garter stitch with a simple edging at the top edge to help ensure a good fit. They can be washed as wool and allowed to dry naturally.

Joe's Toes slippers are cosy and lightweight. They pack very easily for travel, and are an ideal gift to pop in the post. The design is easily adjusted for just about all foot shapes, making this design a good option for narrow, wide or swollen feet.

• 1 pair thick felt outsoles with latex grip (or a second pair of felt soles with your choice of suede, vinyl or Vibram rubber outsoles).
